Born and raised in the Napa Valley, DJ Carl Jay is a Bay Area DJ, Producer, and Audio Engineer who knows how to set the right tone for any occasion. Whether it is a formal wedding, fun or fancy corporate event, to a laid back BBQ or booming nightclub - he knows how to get the party started. Growing up in Napa, Carl was inspired to pursue a music career when he built his first DJ studio in his grandparents guest house, complete with a sound booth, mic, mixing table and soundproof walls. As a senior in high school, his final project was producing a full 11-track CD with his own original beats and lyrics. He had been bitten by the bug and followed his passion - making great music. Fast forward, Carl has experience as a DJ for hundreds of events across the Bay Area, including being a regular for Napkins Bar & Grill and Downtown Joes in Napa County as well as working as an Event DJ & Promotions Crew for Bay Area's radio station 99.7 Now - All the Hits in San Francisco. Carl now resides back in Napa as a seasoned DJ doing weddings and private events all over the North Bay.
