Welcome to Burn N Shed! We’re Studio City’s go-to gym using primarily calisthenics to get lean and strong! JoZ KnowZ created this space to challenge everyone to a core strengthening workout they won’t forget. At Burn N Shed™, we focus on learning to lift, move and control your body weight while working on your inner strength. We are the first calisthenics gym in the valley featuring calisthenic bars, free weights, barbells, boxing bags, a boxing ring, and a kids club, all housed under 5,000 square feet. We offer smaller class sizes so each client gets the attention they deserve! Our Strength Classes Include: Burn N Shed™ Strength, Animal Flow Rahyz Cary Street Movement Boxing Bars Strength Training Functional Training Intro to Pole Strength Groov3! Coming Soon: Aerial Classes. We offer Fitness through Movement Classes for Kids & Adults Kidz Jam - Monday, Wednesday, & Friday’s at 3:30pm with Hector (Ages 4-6).
