STRIDE Fitness is a tread mill based HIIT training studio suitable for all fitness levels. We have 4 different types of classes that utilize interval training where you can walk, hike, jog or run: the Combo (a mixture of interval training on the tread and strength training), the Classic (interval training on the tread at different intensities), the Strength: full body, total strength class using free weights), and the Core (interval training where you can walk, hike, jog or run). All classes use heart rate monitoring to track your fitness progress over time as well as for guidance during the class. At STRIDE, you will get a safe, effective, no gimmicks, incredible workout with our STRIDE-certified coaches, as well as a great community vibe.
