Beniamino has worked in Italian Kitchen's (aka Cucinas) for over twenty years. He began his career as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef, but has also served as a chef, general manager, and owner/operator. Beniamino and his family love to cook, and strive to make every guest feel at home. The culinary team is well trained in traditional Italian techniques and uses local ingredients when available. Beniamino is also an experienced professional in the catering business. Beniamino, his wife Alison, and children are also involved at the restaurant and can't wait to to become involved in the community. ​We look forward to meeting you.
