My practice delves into client stressors such as depression, anxiety, family issues & social problems as well as specializing in traumatic issues such as incest, rape, panic disorders, PTSD, grief and loss.My practice is eclectic based on the premise that what works effectively for one individual may not for another. I utilize a combination of psycho dynamic treatment, cognitive behavioral techniques, guided imagery & visualization to create a broad range of treatment options based on each client's particular needs.I am NYS certified in Palliative Care and End of Life Issues, and have worked extensively with the American Red Cross during 911 providing counseling services to the NYPD and the NYFD.
