The catch of day is caught fresh and hand-delivered to AJ’s on the creek via the creek by the owner’s husband Captain Dave Smith. It just doesn’t get fresher than that. Anthony J. Stillson, jazz pianist, architect and AJ’s founder gave the family-run restaurant its artistic roots and its name. Since 1985, AJ’s is the longest running restaurant on the Island under the same management.
