We have multiple group class formats including Mat Pilates, Total Barre, Voleé, Aerial Yoga, and the original Bungee Workout™. We also offer private sessions, duet sessions (2 individuals) and small group classes (3+ individuals) for both men and women on the Reformer. From our beginning level Mat classes to our intense suspension training in Voleé, we offer classes for all levels and ages!
