Our teletherapy group is experienced in diverse approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), the Gottman method, and certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) tools.
