Eugene Fine, M.D. is a skilled, board certified urologist, who currently works at New York Health’s Central Park office, at 12 East 86th Street. Dr. Fine completed his first Residency at the Department of Surgery at Downstate Medical Center, and then served as Chief Resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center in urology. Dr. Fine is a member of several organizations including, the Association of Attending Clinical Urologists, the New York County Medical Society, and the New York Section of the American Urological Association. Prior to employment with New York Health, Dr. Fine was appointed a Clinical Instructor, then becoming a Senior Clinical Instructor at the Icahn School of Medicine. He also currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Urology Operating Room Committee at the Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Fine has been named by the New York Times Newspaper and Magazine, New York Magazine, and by US News and World Report as one of the best urologists. Dr. Fine is certified by the American Board of Urology. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital, Lennox Hill Hospital, and Elmhurst Hospital Center.
