Mr. Kercher Attorney Kercher has been providing legal services to Chapter 7, 13 and 11 debtors throughout the Lehigh Valley, including Lehigh and Northampton Counties, for over eighteen (18) years. Attorney Kercher had previously represented banking institutions and creditors as well, but has concentrated his practice in representation of debtors over the last thirteen (13) years. Attorney Kercher also has vast experience in litigating consumer protection issues, such as Truth in Lending violations, Fair Debt Collection Practices violations, Unfair Trade Practice issues and related consumer problems caused by the over-reaching of lenders and creditors. Attorney Kercher is admitted in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Middle District of Pennsylvania, both in the District Courts and in the Bankruptcy Courts, and has represented clients in other bankruptcy courts, including the Districts of Delaware, Maine and Kentucky. Attorney Kercher is a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) - both organizations are composed of experienced, expert bankruptcy practitioners.
