Grilled, fried, smoked or baked we offer something amazing for every occasion! I'm Shameka, the founder and head cook of Gem's Sweets! Gem's Sweets is a small local cottage style bakery, that started off as a summertime hobby that quickly gained traction in June 2018, thanks to our top selling Brisket Egg rolls and mind BLOWING cheesecake. My Husband, younger brother, and I used the opportunity to bond and create delightful, delicious creations! I have 14 years experience in the food industry and three years in business management. Currently we do not offer a store front but, we do offer pick up and delivery options for the Central Austin, Pflugerville & Manor Texas areas! Georgetown, Round Rock, Bastrop and any surrounding areas catering bookings only! Here at Gem's Sweets, our goal is to wow our customers, while being professional, and accommodating!
