We at Hybrid Fitness Academy want you to feel the best about yourself. Our approach to fitness is using traditional weight lifting movements and functional exercises to maximize fat loss, build muscle, and increase performance. You will receive a variety of training methods. The type of classes we offer are Total Body, Upper Body, Legs and glutes, Cardio, Pull, and Push. We have a variety of different training programs to keep you engaged and having fun. Whether it be our 1 on 1 personal training semi private, or our group fitness our programs will produce the results you desire. We are located at 4642 Everhart Corpus Christi, Tx.
