TruHit Fitness is a boutique style gym that specializes in HIIT training. Each class is Boot Camp style and is designed to work on a different muscle groups. All of the classes are set up for the beginner and the extreme athlete. They will help you improve and achieve maximum endurance. Monday & Thursday is upper body and core, Tuesday & Friday is lower body and legs, and Wednesday & Saturday are total body workouts. Each class is different and you will never do the same workout twice. Build strength and burn calories in our fun yet challenging group fitness classes. The cornerstone of TruHit Fitness workouts, Fit Camp is designed to deliver optimal results through a combination of body weight and dumbbell exercises that really get the blood flowing.
