Linda & I have actively served with M.O.R.E., CASA & other organizations for over 17 years. Working with EID, our team inspected & repaired over 100 fire hydrants. As Chairman of the board of the EDC Fire Safe Council we have been successful in receiving & managing nearly two million dollars in grants to perform County fire prevention activities. My experience as a Board member & Chairman for the Logtown Fire Safe Council & Board member of the Diamond Springs El Dorado Fire Protection District for five years has given me a solid understanding of fire district operations. My military experience, education, & experience in managing large, complex industrial operations with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars can benefit the El Dorado Irrigation District board of directors & maintain & enhance the quality of life in our County. I believe through teamwork & representing all the stakeholders we can fulfill the mission of the El Dorado Irrigation District.
