I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with an eclectic approach on mind-body, psychotherapy, and stress reduction. My approach is open self-empowerment with a focus on re-creating mastery and restoring wellness and balance. I am an EMDR Level II trained clinician (see emdria.org) and an Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (see traumahealing.org) as well as trained in Hypnosis. I employ the creative arts when applicable in my practice to facilitate fuller expression and to develop and enrich personal metaphors.&#10&#10I enjoy working with couples and families and groups as well as with individuals, from the ages of teen to adult.
