There are actually three inspections by either the city or county that is made during the re-roofing process. We provide you copies of these inspections upon job completion, so you will have these for future reference, insurance renewal, home sale, etc. We use the latest in materials, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield for valleys, low pitch applications and flat roof materials.
