Happy Time Day Care Center is a family and locally owned and operated child care center started by Delores Anderson in 1969. Happy Time began as a basic need for child care outside of the home. Over the years Happy Time has grown from 8 to 85 children license capacity. The curriculum is grounded in research and application of early childhood theories. The basic premise of the program is to provide the highest quality care and education for each child so parents can go to work without worry.
