I'm Lauren, and I run this little operation out of a shiny new production space!! (Yay!) Previously this was run out of my home, and thanks to people like you it has grown enough to warrant a larger separate space. Over the last dozen years, or so, I've had the pleasure of working in some of the best restaurants and bakeries Cleveland has to offer.
