Genesis Diagnostics, Inc. was founded in 1988 in McAllen, TX for the purpose of sales, service and supplies of Medical Laboratory Instruments to the Physician Office Laboratory (POL). The POL requires instruments that provide results for Hematology, Chemistry and Diagnostic tests. Genesis Diagnostics, Inc. has various product lines to choose from that fit the testing needs of the POL. We provide 24 hour technical support for our customers and our staff has 60 plus years of experience. Most technical support calls are resolved over the phone however some calls require an on-site visit where our service department travels to the account to repair the problem and get the customer operational.
